Justin Bieber announced the full schedule of his 2012-2013 Believe Tour, and that recently signed break out Canadian artist Carly Rae Jepsen will be joining the tour as an opening act!
Justin will kick off his 45 city tour in Glendale, Arizona on September 29th and will wrap up in Miami, Florida on January 26, 2013.
