Bieber first tweeted the standard artwork, saying: "Here is the #BELIEVEalbumCover standard version..."
He later added: "and this is the DELUXE #BELIEVEalbumCover - #52DAYS - excited? expect the unexpected."
Justin says he's written or co-written "about 40 songs" for his third album "Believe" which is out on 18 June.
The standard version of the album features a black and white photograph, while the deluxe version is in colour.
